President - Cindy Bojanski - Pinnacle Bank - Cindy is a Trust Officer with Pinnacle Bank in Fremont and assists clients with estate planning issues, trusts and investment accounts. Cindy has been volunteering with MainStreet of Fremont for 8 years and is the current President of MainStreet of Fremont. Heading up the Organization committee, Cindy was named the Nebraska MainStreet Volunteer of the year in 2008 and 2010 for her work with the Charity Classic golf tournament and the Harlem Wizards and other fundraising events. Cindy is also involved in the Downtown Improvement District, United way, and the Platteville PTA. Cindy is a graduate Midland University and is married to Ryan and has three young children.

Secretary - Jill Gossett - Fremont Area Medical Center - Jill Gossett enjoys helping and educating others by promoting health and wellness programs. Her motivation comes from inspiring others to improve their health behaviors. Her overall goal is to make wellness a part of the culture at FAMC and the Fremont community. Jill has been the Coordinator of Community Health and Wellness at Fremont Areal Medical Center in Fremont, Nebraska since 2007. Jill received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Natural Science from Midland University and her Master of Arts in Health, Physical Education and Recreation with emphasis in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Gossett has had a diverse career in health care and promotion during the past 13 years including private practice, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, cardiology research, cardiac stress testing, career development, teaching at community colleges and wellness coordinator. Currently she oversees the employee wellness program at FAMC and is a member of the Fremont Well City Initiative Steering Committee. Jill joined the MainStreet Fremont board of directors in 2009 and is presently serving as the Secretary. She resides in Fremont with her husband, Steve, and two children.

Treasurer - Gordon Lowe - Pinnacle Bank - Gordon has been a MainStreet board member since 2007 and has served as past President and is currently Treasurer. Gordon is a Commercial and Mortgage Lending Officer for Pinnacle Bank. His is also on the boards of Keep Fremont Beautiful, the Fremont Area UNL Alumni, a member of the Fremont Optimist Club, is a Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce Diplomat and was a member of the 2007 Leadership Fremont Class. Gordon is a graduate of Tekamah-Herman High School, University of Nebraska - Lincoln, and the Colorado Graduate School of Banking. Gordon and his wife Janet have four children and two grandchildren.

Tom Coday - Lou's Sporting Goods - Tom has served several times on the board of directors since 1980 as a board member and has held offices of Secretary-Treasurer, Vice-President and President. Tom is currently Vice-President of operations for Nebraska Sports Ind. Inc. Nebraska Sports has retail stores and 17 salesman that call on high schools and colleges in Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa. They specialize in Team Sports both custom uniforms and equipment. The main offices and distribution center is located at Lou's Sporting Goods, 523 N. Main Street in downtown Fremont. Tom and his wife Mary have been involved in many civic organizations including Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.
Kellee Rasmussen - First State Bank & Trust - Kellee has served on the board of directors since 2006, she is currently the Promotions committee chair. She has served as Secretary, Vice President and President of the board. She has been employed by First State Bank and Trust Co. since 1978. She took a leave of absence in 1982 and returned in 1987. She has been a teller, bookkeeper, Bookkeeping Supervisor and is currently VP of Branch Operations. She is married and has 2 grown children and one daughter-in-law. Kellee and her husband enjoy their farming business both in Saunders and Wheeler Counties in Nebraska. When Kellee is not volunteering for MainStreet Fremont and Heritage Nebraska MainStreet she enjoys spending her time with her husband Mike and little girl dog, Macy May.
Kevin Main - Country Traditions - Kevin was born in Fremont Nebraska and grew up west of town. He graduated from Cedar Bluffs High School. While in school he volunteered at Camp Calvin Crest, where he later met his wife Leslie. He studied business and photography at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Over the years, Kevin has started and developed several different businesses and real estate holdings from storage units to retail. He has refurbished four Historical Downtown Fremont buildings and developed upper level housing options in two of them. Kevin currently serves as President and CEO of Main Corporation, working with his wife at their downtown store Country Traditions. Kevin volunteers his time with several local organizations, such as the Downtown Improvement District board and has served on the MainStreet Fremont board since 2010.
Frank Kment - Frank has been a board member of MainStreet Fremont since 2008. Frank has been in banking for 19 years and is an Assistant Vice-President with Bank of the West in Fremont Nebraska. Frank and his family have lived in Fremont for 13 years. Frank is an active member of the community, he currently serves on the Leadership Fremont Alumni committee, is a Chamber Diplomat and also serves on the Board of the Fremont Housing Agency.

Jenefer Backhaus - In Bloom - Jenefer Backhaus is owner of In Bloom in Fremont, Nebraska. Jenefer has been in the floral industry for over 20 years. She is very active with the American Cancer Society, is on the John C. Fremont Days Car Show Board, and MainStreet Fremont Board. Jenefer is married to Matt Backhaus and has 3 children, Ally, Nate and Chris.
Amy Stewart - Precious Treasures - Amy has been the owner of Precious Treasures Boutique since 1996. She grew up in Washington D.C. and earned her degree in Business Management at Iowa Western and George Washington University. She also studied to become a Stephens Minister at Grace University. She has 4 children and resides in a loft in downtown Fremont.

Hayley Fischer - Fremont National Bank & Trust Co. - Hayley Fischer was born in Fremont, NE in 1981. She was raised by wonderful and loving parents who taught her the true meaning of family from a young age. Hayley and her family including a spunky little sister two years younger than she, spent many nights' playing card games, board games and going tot the local drive-in theater to spend quality time together. Hayley attended all her elementary years at Linden Elementary, where she met many great friends (that she still has today) and grew into a love of art. Hayley is a graduate of Fremont Senior High School. Although she still had her passion for the arts, she grew a stronger involvement and drive for the business field. Her senior year of high school she was accepted to Midland Lutheran College (Midland University). Fischer decided to stay in Fremont; she had lived in Fremont her whole life thus far, why not stay. She attended Midland Lutheran college and pursued a degree in Business Administration. She even branched a little and lived on campus for the true college experience. Her family was close by and could have her over for a home cooked meal and a load of laundry from time to time. It was winter of 2000 where Hayley met and fell in love with her soul mate Joshua, a few years later they were engaged. Hayley received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in May of 2003; two weeks later she and Joshua were married. In the fall of 2005, Hayley and Joshua were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. She has been the apple of their eyes ever since. She brightens their lives each day and keeps them on their toes. Hayley has been working for Fremont National Bank & Trust Co. for the last five years. She first worked as an Administrative Assistant, was then promoted to Personal Banker. Two and a half years ago Fischer was promoted to Branch Manager of the Main Bank and downtown drive-thru locations and most recently Fremont National Bank's Board of Directors approved the promotion of Retail Banking Officer. Hayley and her husband and daughter too have a close knit relationship, just as Hayley learned as a young child; they truly enjoy each others company. Family is so important in Hayley's life. "Without them I would be lost."

Inger Kindler - Don Peterson & Associates - Inger currently holds her real estate license and works for Don Peterson & Associates in Fremont. She is passionate about helping people find the home of their dreams. She graduated from Randall School of Real Estate as well as Lincoln School of Commerce where she also holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Inger was a manager at Gladrags and Schwesers for 9 years and also worked at Dillon Brothers Harley Davidson as Motor clothes manager for 4 years. She has two children, Ethan who is 20 and Madeline who is 17.
 Lindsey Adams - Midland University - Lindsey works at Midland University as the Director of External Affairs. She is a member of the Organization committee with MainStreet Fremont, Professional Development Council for the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on the WDCCC Ambassador Committee. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in marketing. She is married to Clint and they keep busy chasing after their one-year old son Carson.
Executive Director:
Sheryl Brown - Sheryl is a native of Fremont and has been a downtown business owner for the past 7 years. She sold her business in 2010 and joined MainStreet Fremont as the Executive director in December of 2010. She and her husband, Scott, have owned Scott Electric, Inc. in Fremont since 1994 and she is the Vice-President, office manager & bookkeeper. They have one grown son.
